Shipping Information
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 hours for us to create and process your order. All orders are custom made and printed when ordered.
Please note different items (such as t-shirts and Captain Hudson plushies) come from different places so they may arrive separately.
For orders within the United States most packages arrive within 7 days, please allow up to 14 days for this to allow for public holidays and shipping delays.
For orders outside the United States most packages arrive within 2 weeks, please allow up to three weeks for this to allow for public holidays and shipping delays.
STORE PICKUP:
We do not offer store pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery may be available for some addresses.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within two days. Free shipping is available for most orders to the US, Canada and UK. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to countries outside of the above. Captain Hudson plushy orders will have shipping fees calculated and displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Emma Cruises Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As all orders are custom made and cannot be resold we are unable to accept exchanges or returns unless there is damage with the product.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@emmacruiseslcom with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
